PRIVATE PARTIES
WINE ROOM
The Wine Room is available for a buy out for either the full evening or half
evening. This room is located at the back of the main dining room and is
fully separated from the main dining room by double French doors. This room
is approximately 12’ by 22’, has wood floors, two large (3’ by 4’) clear
glass skylights, and two operable windows (one large window faces an outside
garden). This room has its own air conditioning and/or heating unit that
can be separately controlled for optimal comfort. The west wall of the room
is a wine wall. This room seats comfortably up to 16 guests (configured
either in 4 tables of 4 each, or in a long, banquet style table of 16.
Alternatively, 20 to 25 guests can be served in a reception style.
The Wine Room can be reserved for your private use for a half evening from
Sunday through Wednesday for $1,000 minimum from either 5:30 to 8:00pm, or
for $1,500 from 8:30pm to closing. Alternatively, you can buy out the Wine
Room for a full evening from Sunday through Wednesday for a $2,500 minimum.
For bookings made for Thursday through Saturday, the fee is $1,500 for the
5:30 to 8:00pm slot, or $2,000 from 8:30 to closing. The Wine Romm fee for
a full evening Thursday through Saturday night is $3,500. Sales tax and a
gratuity of 20% will be added to the fee. The fee includes all
food/beverages on our menu. Should your party order in excess of the set
minimum, the excess will be charged separately to your account and tax and
gratuity will be added. The room comes with our usual floral arrangements
and all table service (tablecloths and china/glass/silver). Should you
require additional flowers or other decorations please discuss this with a
Terzo manager and note the agreement on the contract. We can either provide
these for an additional fee, or work with you to facilitate you providing
them.
FULL TERZO BUYOUT OPTIONS
In the case of a complete buyout of Terzo (capacity limited to 80 guests),
you agree and realize that in return for closing down the restaurant, you
will pay $8,000 minimum for Sunday through Wednesday evening closures;
$12,000 minimum for Thursday through Saturday evening closures, plus
sales tax and 20% gratuity on the final amount of your bill. The restaurant
comes with our usual floral arrangements and all table service (tablecloths
and china/glass/silver). Should you require additional flowers or other
decorations please discuss this with a Terzo manager and note the agreement
on the contract. We can either provide these for an additional fee, or work
with you to facilitate you providing them.
TIME CONSTRAINTS FOR WINE ROOM
As our space is limited in size and we wish to honor all reservations
promptly, we request that parties adhere to the time allotment we have for
your private party reservation. A $300 fee will be incurred if parties
continue beyond given time allotment for the Wine Room since it will cause
all of our later guests with reservations to have unreasonable delays or
leave without dining with us.
ADDITIONAL FEES
Corkage fee is $25 per bottle and there is a 4-bottle limit per party,
unless a separate written arrangement has been created and signed by a Terzo
manager. A cake fee of $3 per person will be imposed for outside cakes. We
will be happy to arrange the baking of a special cake by our pastry chef for
your event. We require that you place your cake order 48 hours in advance of
your event. Please inquire about types of cakes available and any additional
